Women's Self Defense Courses

3 hour classes, focusing on using your strength and natural weapons against your attacker’s weaknesses and available targets.

Our women’s self defense courses are logical and practical!

Ms. Kelly Allan models strength and courage and will mentor each student successfully throughout scenarios.  Female and male karate students assist with the courses so each women will receive personal attention and walk out the door confident.  Women will be able to defend them self regardless of who the opponent is, the techniques are tailored to the individual so that they work!

Each course is three hours long, you will learn many skills and will have the opportunity to practice them often throughout the class. We start you off with our introductory course to learn simple and effective skills and to apply options to various situations and attackers, training your mind, body and spirit.  Classes focus on using your strength and natural weapons against your attacker’s weaknesses and available targets.

There are three more course levels that included more self defense techniques with different attacks and scenarios, more ground fighting techniques and weapons. The courses are available to teens and adults.  We suggest signing up with a friend or family member so you have someone to practice with at home.

Requirements for class
Wear loose fitting clothing, bring towel, water, running shoes, no jewelry and tie back long hair.
